Making and Eating Cilok After A While

I made cilok after a long time. It had been months since the last time I made cilok.

I made this cilok yesterday.

To be honest, cilok is easy to make. I just made a small portions, so it took like 30 minutes just to cook it.

I saved some portion in the freezer. So, whenever I want cilok I just need to boil it in hot water.

Enjoying cilok with kecap manis and sambal sauce.

I enjoy it in a simple way. Cilok, kecap manis, dan sambal sauce. A simple combination, but it never goes wrong!

I think I'll make it in a bigger portion next time. I also think about making cireng and batagor.

Well, living as an Indonesian is getting hard because, you know, the public policy here sucks. I try to save some money by cutting my snack allowance. That's why I started to make some snacks at home now.
