Just Another Failed Baking Experience I Guess

Can you cook? Yes, I can. I cook sometimes and I also share a bit of my cooking here. You can read about my cooking if you're curious.

I can cook but I can't bake. I can only make simple traditional Indonesian sweets like klepon and gethuk. But for any other sweets, I can't.

However, I didn't know why during my writer's block, I ended up baking. I can say I tried my luck in baking after a while.

Did I make it? To be honest, I'm not sure. I can't say it's a failure since I can still eat the cake and it doesn't taste bad. However, the result is far from my expectation.

The cake is so dense. It's not spongy at all. The taste isn't bad but I need to add more sugar. Basically, it isn't that bad right? I mean it's still edible tho.

Well, I think maybe I'll try baking again. I'll gather my courage to learn baking once again.
