Using Flour For Cooking Something After The Last Time
It's just another quick update about my daily life. Let's talk a bit about the main ingredient for cooking.
Flour, yes flour is the main ingredient for baking right? As I told you about my baking experience a few days ago, I still have a jar of multipurpose flour until now.
I don't have any courage for baking a cake, so I decided to use it for cooking something else. I usually use it to make bakwan. For there are 2 dishes that I successfully make and it's not bakwan.

The first one is bread. Fried bread to be exact. It's my first try and success. Not fluffy as the local bread like gembukan wijen. However, I still say it's a success.

It tastes sweet and slightly gingery since I put a bit of ginger powder. It goes well with my jasmine tea. I'm glad that I have made a simple snack in my boredom.
The last is noodles. Yes, noodles! I make a noodle from starch. Well, it looks slightly different from the usual noodle since I can't cut it thin and it's short. But believe me, it's a noodle.

It takes a long time to try to make these noodles. I'm glad that it's edible. Since I'm not sure about the result I just make it into simple fried noodles.
However, the result surprised me. It has a chewy texture and kinda reminds me of local noodles in my place. The flavor is also good, savory with slightly sweet from kecap manis.

Just a plate of this can relieve my hunger. I'm proud of my own fried noodles. It's a new experience for me for sure.
Anyway, I think I put all of my luck this time. I'm not sure that I can be a success again if I need to make those 2 foods for the second time. Well, I can't predict the future anyway.
I still don't have any courage for making cake, bread, or noodles again. I guess I'll use the remaining flour for bakwan.
