Enjoying Batagor Kuah In The Rainy Day
Hi! It's been a while since my last post. Cause yes, I took a break from blogging on blogspot for 1 month. You can say it's my holiday since I travel to certain places to enjoy the end year of 202.
But now I'm back! I'll just write one or two articles this month. For the next month, I'll update more frequently since I already am preparing a lot of ideas for this blog.

That's enough for the chit-chat, let's focus on the topic in this post. I have written about batagor a few months ago and now I'll update it again.

Batagor kuah. Since it has kuah, it means it has broth. Not gonna lie when I first time found it feels weird like what it has broth? It's something new for me.
I just buy batagor kuah for Rp5000 |
I buy batagor kuah for 5000 rupiahs. I got batagor, cilok, egg noodles, greens, green onion, fried shallots, and of course the broth.
Putting batagor kuah in the bowl. |
The broth is warm and has a rich taste since it's using chicken. The fried shallots and green onion add more flavor and a nice refreshing aroma. The sambal and kecap manis keep the balance not only salty but slightly hot and sweet.
The cilok and egg noodles are still chewy. There is some minced chicken in the certain big cilok.
The batagor is made from flour without adding any ingredients. It's still crispy outside and chewy.
The greens are still fresh and crunchy whenever I take a bite. It also gives a refreshing taste so the batagor isn't boring.
In the end, it suits me well. If I don't want to eat instant noodles on a rainy day, batagor kuah is my answer then.
