Selat Solo For My Lunch After A While!

I keep suggesting this food for my fried if they're gonna visit my town. It's selat solo a famous food around Solo.

Well, I don't want to write it long so just a quick update about this food. Selat Solo is known as a food from Solo or Surakarta. I think it's a food that got influenced by Dutch.

It looks like a salad maybe. But I ain't sure about this opinion. To be frank, I haven't searched a lot of information about this food.

It has a lot of potatoes, veggies, eggs, and meat inside. The broth is brown in color but is rich in flavor. Sweets and savory with a bit of unique aroma and flavor. I love the broth so much!

A portion of the selat solo is enough to make me full. It's full of nutrition and I enjoy it so much!
