I Think I Need To Start Doing Small Exercise
Let me be honest with you. I have terrible stamina. Simply to say, I'm weak.
I think I almost passed out suddenly during sports class when I was in school. Also if there's running stuff I always left behind cause I can't run fast. I think I will die if I run for a few minutes.

Guess what happened now? Bapak told me to help him lift a box of mineral water. He told me to lift it from the nearby minimarket to our home.
And it was so tiring. My hands also slipped a few times. Like oh my God, it's so heavy can't we take a rest for a minute?
The funny thing for me is the minimarket is just 100 meters away from my home. It's close yet I'm still suffering lifting this box.
If I calculated it. Maybe the box is about 15 kg. It's not heavy as my nephew's or my niece's. But still, I ended up sufferi
ng and groaning a pain when moving the box.
I think I need to start doing small exercises. Just a simple exercise to build my stamina a bit. I'm not sure whether this plan is gonna be realized or not. But hey, wish me luck!
