Update About My Sambal Kacang, I Use It For Pecel Now

Now, I have used my sambal kacang. Well, I still add extra bumbu merah before pouring the sambal kacang first. But hey it helps a lot!
Adding bumbu merah, or I can simply like simple spicy sambal maybe, helps my sambal kacang a lot. It adds more spicy and tones down to the aromatic ginger a lot. So, the tastes suit me a lot.
As you can see, I use my sambal kacang on my pecel. Just simple pecel that I make quick. It consists of boiled vegetables like cabbage, spinach, and long bean. For protein, I have fried milkfish.
Hmm, very simple and quick meal. But it tastes good and makes me full tho!
