Cilor. Yes, it's another snack from West Java. It's an acronym from aci and telor which means tapioca and egg.

I think it has many types of cilor. But, it's the usual cilor I bought. I buy it for Rp 5.000 and got this much.
This cilor is cooked on a round mold pan. After putting the vegetable oil, the seller put the aci. Then add beaten egg and gives a pinch of salt.

Cook it for 5 minutes while also flipping it so it doesn't burn. After that put it in a small bowl while you add some seasonings. I don't remember all seasoning since I mix all seasoning in front of me. Tada, you get cilor then.

It has a chewy texture like another tapioca snack. A bit salty and slightly spicy too from the seasoning. I also taste a bit silky and eggy from the egg. Not gonna lie, it's very Indonesian snacks indeed.
That's a bit about cilor for now. I'll update any snack related to tapioca again I guess. But first, let me finish this cilor.
